The Road of Death In Book 2 of the series, Jenny McLeod continues her association with the Desert Rats in North Africa before traveling with them to Burma. Struggling to stay ahead of the advancing Japanese army Jenny, along with thousands of other civilians, sets out upon the infamous Road of Death. The Road of Death is due to be published later in 2022.

The Road to Victory Book 3. Following her harrowing experiences on the Road of Death Jenny McLeod returns to England to recuperate. After reporting from the Home Front Jenny re-joins the Desert Rats once more, traveling with them up the length of Italy towards Germany, and final victory. The Road to Victory is due to be published in 2023.

 Books 4 and 5 Dorinda Balchin is currently researching the fourth and fifth books in this series.
